Where are you located? Can I buy products in-store?

We are based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Unfortunately, we don’t offer in-store shopping yet.

When will my order be shipped?

If the order is placed by 2 p.m. CET on a working day, it will be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. CET will be shipped on the next working day. All customize products are made to order, so we take 1-4 working days to prepare your order.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery to Lithuania usually takes 1-3 working days;
to Estonia, Latvia, and Germany – 4-5 working days;
to other European countries- 5-8 working days;
to the United States of America- 8-10 working days.
to other countries- 8-14 working days.

Where does Sauna Guru ship to, and from where?

We ship from Lithuania to 40+ countries. WE SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United Kingdom without Northern Ireland, and United States.

When will I receive my refund?

We refund the money to your bank account after 3-14 working days after we receive an item.

How do I return a product?

Contact us at info@saunaguru.com. We will send you the return form and other return-related information. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an order.

Why does my item look slightly different than it did on Sauna Guru?

The color of the item may appear slightly different online compared to the actual product due to variations in monitor resolution.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Sauna Guru?

Yes, we never store credit card information.

What are the shipping prices?

Shipping prices are from 5 Eur. Shipping price depends on the country and product. You will see the exact shipping price after you put items into the cart and proceed to checkout.

Is my data safe on your website?

Yes, of course! Your online security is our priority. We never share your information with anyone, the details we collect are only used to process and deliver your order. We never store credit card information.

The item I want is out of stock. How can I determine if it will be back in stock?

Usually, the items are back in stock after one week. Sometimes, due to high demand, it may take a while longer. Feel free to ask us about more accurate restock date at info@saunaguru.com

How can I confirm that saunaguru.com received my payment?

After receiving a payment, we will send an e-mail confirming your order.

Can I return hat with custom name?

Generally, no. Custom items with personalized names, are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is because they are made specifically for you and can't be resold to someone else. However, there might be exceptions.

Manufacturing Defect: If the hat itself has a defect, you likely can return it for a replacement or refund.
